Optimally, we recommend 10-12 weeks (21/2-3 mos.) before your event. This allows time to use our Simple T-Shirt Profit System (posting and taking orders),  proofing, and taking delivery 2-3 weeks before your show, to take advantage of the "me too" re-order effect-kids seeing other kids' shirts and wanting one too.
